DEPOSIT TAKEN - Up for sale is my Birchwood 25.
In very good condition for age and the interior has recently been refreshed. The cockpit is very spacious and the cabin has good headroom.
Fitted out as a full-time live-aboard it has a Russel Hobs 800 watt microwave, new curtains and cushion covers, Thetford chemical toilet.
230 Volt system was completely refreshed this year including a new Stirling battery charger, and galvanic isolator and consumer unit.
Built in dual powered 12 volt and 230 volt fridge.
Heating is electric by blower fan and or oil filled radiator.
Car radio type sound system with USB and TF card inputs and CD player.
The engine is a Sea Tiger (Ford Cortina) coupled to a Sea Tiger gearbox. Shaft drive final.
The fuel system has been completely replaced this year to meet safety regulations, and both batteries have been replaced in the last 12 months.

Boat safety certificate is valid to September 2026.
Currently moored at Hartford Marina, Huntingdon Cambridgeshire, where mooring is available for the purchaser by negotiation with the marina management.
